Bloom Haven FAQ: free, ads, iPad and saving
Is Bloom Haven free?
The first 12 puzzles and the first eight garden projects are free to try. A Contenta membership opens all 60 puzzles and all 40 garden projects, plus the other Contenta games.
Are there ads or in-game purchases?
No. Bloom Haven has no ads, no lives to buy back, no boosters to buy and no extra purchases. Hints and help are always free.
Does Bloom Haven work on iPad, Android tablets and phones?
Yes. It runs in the web browser on iPad, Android tablets and phones, and on computers. Hold your phone or tablet sideways (landscape) to play.
Can I play with a controller?
Yes. Use the D-pad or left stick to move, A to choose, B to go back and Menu (Start) to pause. See the controls for every button.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No. Bloom Haven plays in your web browser. There is nothing to install.
How do I save my game?
The game saves by itself, on this device, in this browser. You see Saved on this device. Clearing your browser data removes your progress, and your progress does not move to another device.
What age is Bloom Haven for?
It is made for kids from about 8 years old and for grown-ups who like calm puzzles. Younger children can play with a little help. There is nothing scary and no fighting: just flowers, friends and a hedgehog.
Is there a time limit?
No. There are no timers. A puzzle waits as long as you like. Each puzzle has a number of moves, and you can turn on Relaxed play to remove that limit too.
What happens if I run out of moves?
You do not lose anything. Choose Try again, Try with 5 extra moves or Finish and carry on. Read Play at your own pace to learn more.
Which languages can I play in?
English, Swedish, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Change it in Settings under Language.
How long is Bloom Haven?
There are 60 puzzles in three garden areas, and each puzzle has 24 to 28 moves. See the garden areas for the full list.
How do I open the next garden area?
Finish all the garden projects in your area. Every new puzzle gives one leaf, and each area's projects need exactly the leaves from its 20 puzzles. See the tips if a puzzle feels hard.
