Pyramid

The cards are in a big pyramid, seven rows high. Take them away two at a time until the pyramid is gone.

The rules

  • Tap two free cards that make 13 together. They leave the table.
  • A card is free when no card rests on it.
  • The top card of your turned cards is free too. Tap the draw pile to turn a new card. When the pile is empty, tap it to turn it over again.
  • A king is 13 all by itself. Tap it and it goes.
  • You win when the whole pyramid is gone. Cards left in the draw pile don't matter.

What the cards are worth

Card Worth
Ace 1
2 to 10 The number on the card
Jack 11
Queen 12
King 13 (goes alone)

Pairs that make 13: A + Q, 2 + J, 3 + 10, 4 + 9, 5 + 8, 6 + 7.

Tips

  • Free the lower rows. Cards near the bottom hold up lots of other cards. Clear them first.
  • Look before you pair. If two cards could both match a card, pick the one that frees more of the pyramid.
  • Use the draw pile. A card from the draw pile can match a card stuck high up.
  • Made a bad pair? Undo has no limit.
