Puzzle tips
Start with the big tiles
Big tiles fit in fewer places. Put them in first. The small tiles can fill the last gaps.
Turn before you drop
Turn a tile until it has the right shape, then drag it in. Turning costs moves too, so look closely first.
Check the moves
Moves shows how many moves you have made. When you fix a planet, you see how many moves give 3 stars. Undo takes back a move, but it does not lower the count. Want a fresh start? Choose Start again on the pause screen.
A tile that does not fit, or a drop on the same spot, is not a move.
Ask for a hint
Tap Hint (or press H). The squares where one tile belongs light up for a few seconds. Hints are free, and you can use them as often as you like.
Use your power-ups
Power-ups cost no moves. Tap one, choose a tile, then tap Use it.
| Power-up | What it does | How you get it |
|---|---|---|
| Plasma torch | One square of a tile jumps to its spot | 1 for every new planet you fix |
| Magnet | A whole tile jumps to its spot | 1 for every third planet |
| Rescue team | Three tiles jump to their spots | 1 for every Big Junk Ship and daily puzzle |
You can keep up to 9 of each. Rewards only come the first time you finish a puzzle.
Fill around the blocks
From galaxy 2, some frames have blocks that are already stuck in place. You can't move them. Fill the squares around them.
Beat the Big Junk Ship
The ship shows a Goal: the number of moves to aim for. Try to beat it! If you need more moves, that's fine. You can keep going until the frame is full.
