ContentaSoft offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all AI Video Enhancer Studio purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@contenta-software.com with your order number or the email address used for the purchase. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Eligibility

A full refund is granted in the following cases:

  • The Software does not function as described on our website
  • Technical errors prevent proper use of the Software, and our support team cannot resolve the issue
  • Hardware or GPU incompatibility issues that prevent the Software from running
  • Accidental duplicate purchases
  • General dissatisfaction within the 30-day window — no justification required

After the 30-Day Period

Trial Version

We strongly encourage all users to try the free 30-day trial before purchasing. The trial includes all features with the only limitation being a small watermark after 10 processed files. This allows you to fully evaluate the Software's compatibility with your system and workflow before committing to a purchase.
