Rolling-shutter jello is a different problem
Stabilization moves the whole frame to cancel camera shake. Rolling-shutter jello is different: during fast pans each row of pixels is captured a moment after the row above it, so vertical lines lean and wobble. Moving the whole frame cannot straighten that, and AI Video Enhancer Studio does not correct it. For leftover whole-frame wobble, the command line has an extra deshake pass (--rolling-shutter).
