Email Providers Reject Large Video Attachments

You recorded a product demo or meeting highlight and want to email it to a client — but the message bounces back. A 2-minute screen recording can easily exceed 200 MB, far beyond any email provider's limit.

Trying to send videos by email without compression leads to problems:

How It Works

VideoRecompress compresses your videos to fit under email attachment limits while keeping clear, professional quality:

File Size Reduction

Typical results when compressing videos for email attachments:

Source Video Original Size Compressed Reduction
Meeting recording, 5 minutes 500 MB 20 MB 96%
Product demo, 2 minutes 200 MB 15 MB 93%
Screen recording, 1 minute 80 MB 10 MB 88%

Actual file sizes depend on video content. Screen recordings with static backgrounds compress better than camera footage with motion.

Professional Quality That Fits Any Inbox

Compressed videos stay sharp and professional. With VideoRecompress you control exactly how the output looks:

  1. 720p resolution is ideal for email — clear on any screen and fits under 25 MB
